  • Departmental Teaching Outcomes Committee (Chair 2010 - 2013): Worked to identify department-wide learning outcomes and methods of measurement; Assisted in developing department retreat for graduate methods training and lists of approved methods classes for graduate students
  • Graduate Committee (Fall 2017-2018): Evaluate departmental procedures for graduate training and curriculum.
  • Research & Lab Committee (2008-2018) (Chair 2010-2018): Identified hardware and software technology to perform live digital recording of dyadic interactions for the purpose of research, and assisted in the identification and coordination with contractors; Designed and implemented new blackboard-based undergraduate student research subject pool, wrote policies regarding use of subject pool; Coordinated the promotion and policy development of both the laboratory space and subject pool.
